- Ensure electrical system accessible
- No one on roof except authorized technicians
Property:
- Verify no structural issues before installation
- Property owner’s signature on safety waiver
- Proof of ownership or authorization
- Disclosure of any property disputes
- Verification of no covenant restrictions
- Agreement that roof can support panel weight
Weather Conditions:
- Installation suspended if rain forecasted
- Work paused if wind exceeds 40 km/h
- Extreme heat (>45°C) work adjusted for safety
- Monsoon season (July-August) frequent delays expected
- Winter frost delays may occur
- You responsible for rescheduling if weather worsens
Site Conditions:
- Property must be structurally assessed safe
- Electrical system must meet safety standards
- No asbestos or hazardous material exposure
- Ground conditions suitable for mounting (if ground-mount)
- Adequate utilities for installation (water, electricity)
