Send these three things for a quotation

A photo of your last electricity bill, a photo of your roof, and your city. That is enough for us to come back with a system size, a price and an estimate of what it will produce. The bill shows your units and sanctioned load. The roof photo shows us the usable area and anything that casts a shadow. If you already know the system size you want, say so and we will quote it directly.

Site surveys

For larger residential systems and any commercial job, we prefer to visit before quoting. A survey takes under an hour and covers roof condition, available area, shading through the day, distance from the roof to the inverter and the DB, and existing wiring. Book one on WhatsApp and mention your area so we can slot it with other visits nearby.

Net metering

Ask us about net metering with your consumer number and your distribution company name in the message. We will explain the current process, the documents you need, the government and DISCO charges involved, and what is realistic to expect on timing.

Service and complaints

If your system is generating less than it should, message us with your inverter reading, the date, the weather that day and a photo of the inverter display. That usually points at the cause before anyone has to climb a roof. For a complaint about a delivery, an installation team or an invoice, message the same number and tell us straight away rather than waiting. Problems raised early get fixed in a day or two.

Dealers and installers

Electricians, contractors and small solar businesses buying regularly can message us for dealer pricing. Mention your monthly volume and the panel and inverter brands you move most.

We do not send marketing messages to numbers that contact us for a price. If you get one you did not ask for, reply STOP and we remove your number.
